DR. KYLE KOTCHIE

Dr. Kyle is a recent graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he received his doctorate in chiropractic. Kyle has a unique athletic background which influences his movement approach to chiropractic and rehabilitation as a whole. Kyles’ philosophies focus on treating the person as a whole and not just the injury itself. This includes; educating patients, discussing nutrition & lifestyle factors which can impact pain, assessing patient’s faulty movement patterns, a progressive program of patients current activity, and of course manual therapy. Kyle had an extensive athletic career where he received a scholarship to play college baseball in Orlando, Florida. He then moved onto play NCAA DI baseball in Texas. He was also was invited to compete with Team Canada in the 2009 World University Games in Tokyo, Japan.

Ani is a licensed, board certified Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for helping individuals optimize their wellbeing and to enjoy the benefits of a healthier and happier lifestyle. She takes a holistic and comprehensive approach to health with all her patients by making sure their concerns are heard, investigating the root causes of their symptoms, and offering natural and effective solutions for sustainable results. When putting together a treatment plan, she emphasizes the foundations of health including quality nutrition, restorative sleep, effective stress management, optimized digestion, and regular movement, to support a more vibrant quality of life.

Nicholas Beier has a diverse background in health. He has worked with; bodybuilders, runners, triathletes, and corporate employees. Nick combines his extensive knowledge gathered from these disciplines to provide a holistic approach to well-being. He thrives off of helping his clients achieve goals ranging from; weight loss, muscle gain, to their next race, and setting a personal best.

Cynthia has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years. She has been professionally teaching group exercise classes for the past 12 years in groups upwards of 50 people per class. She thrives off helping the individual needs in group settings. Her passions are to help people achieve their fitness goals and to live a happy and fulfilled life. She specializes in group fitness, bootcamps, personal training and core conditioning. Her continued education in the group fitness setting has made her progress her career into a well rounded professional.
